The Rose at Alberta’s Crossing is a versatile, 3,000-square-foot venue designed to host a wide range of events with ease and flexibility. Its primary area, The Rose Room, can comfortably accommodate up to 125 guests in a seminar-style setup, 110 guests for receptions with mixed seating and standing, or 100 guests for banquet-style events with round tables. The space is highly adaptable, featuring movable partitions that allow for smaller, more intimate setups or breakout sessions. A built-in stage area makes it ideal for presentations, panels, and speaking engagements. Clients also have access to in-house furnishings, including 60-inch round tables, 6-foot rectangular tables, banquet chairs, and a podium, eliminating the need for outside rentals. Convenient access to on-site restrooms enhances the guest experience. In addition to the main room, two secondary breakout spaces within the Alberta’s Crossing complex are available, each accommodating up to 20 people, making them perfect for workshops, meetings, or smaller group sessions. The Rose Space offers a seamless “plug-and-play” experience with a full suite of included amenities. A dedicated event manager is provided to assist with coordination from setup to teardown. The venue includes an integrated audio/visual system with microphones and speakers, as well as complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi for all attendees. Catering options are flexible, allowing clients to work with a preferred vendor or bring their own. The facility is fully ADA-compliant, with accessible entrances, interiors, and designated parking. Ample on-site parking is also available, ensuring convenience for all guests.
